Using an insulating concrete formwork product such as Warmerwall, manufactured by PolySteel, is a straight forward way to create a retaining basement wall with built-in insulation.

How to build a basement using ICF

Developer Boyce Enterprises wished to maximise the floor space within a tight building plot located on a residential street. To achieve this, ICF was selected for its space efficiency and speed of construction. ICF also provides excellent insulation values, energy efficiency and acoustic properties.
