Finished basement cost models

‘Finishing’ includes heating and electrical installations but excludes sanitary fittings and their associated macerator or pumped drainage system, all of which can vary considerably in price, depending on the quality level selected. These include the cost of finishing a basement room for each of the three scenarios.
